Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
PitDelta reads the telemetry file your sim already recorded and writes back a coaching debrief in plain language. These are the terms you agree to when you use it. We have kept them short and readable — where the law gives you rights as a consumer, those rights apply whatever this page says.
1. Who we are
PitDelta is a service of UAB Global InnoLine, a private limited liability company registered in Lithuania under company code 302770839, registered address Žilvino g. 20, 08401 Vilnius, Lithuania. VAT number LT100006987117.
You can reach us at support@pitdelta.co. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that entity, and “you” means the person using the service.
2. What PitDelta does, and what it does not
You upload a session file that your simulator recorded. We analyse it and produce a debrief: where you lost time, corner by corner, and what to change. Depending on your plan that arrives as a shareable card, a multi-page PDF report, or a comparison against another driver’s session.
It is coaching information, not instruction you must follow and not a guarantee of anything. We do not promise that your lap times will improve, that any particular finding is right for your car or setup, or that every session can be analysed. Some sessions cannot be — too few clean laps, an unsupported track type, or a file the simulator wrote incompletely. When that happens we tell you and no session credit is used.
PitDelta is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, and any trademarks belong to their owners.
3. Your account
There are no passwords. You give an email address, confirm it with a code we send you, and that verified address is your account. Anyone with access to that inbox can use your plan, so keep it secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has.
An account is for one driver. Sharing a plan across several people is not permitted, and we detect when uploads under one account come from different simulator accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan.
4. Plans, credits and payment
Current prices, session counts and validity windows are shown on the site and in the pricing panel before you buy. There are two shapes of plan:
- Session packs — a one-time payment giving a fixed number of sessions that stay valid for a set number of days from purchase.
- Subscription — a recurring monthly payment giving unlimited sessions and Crew Room hosting for as long as it is active.
There is also a free tier with a monthly allowance that resets at the start of each calendar month. Unused free sessions do not carry over.
Coaching Memory — the cross-session tracking that shows what is improving — is part of every plan, including the free tier. It compares a session against your own recent runs on the same car and track, so it needs a few of them before it has anything to say.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your plan is activated when Stripe confirms the payment, which is normally within seconds. Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where it applies — the amount displayed is the amount we charge. If your card is held in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate and may add a fee, so the amount that leaves your account can differ.
A session credit is used only when a debrief is produced successfully. A failed or ineligible session does not consume one.
5. Credits expire
Session-pack credits expire. Each pack states its validity window before you buy, the window runs from the moment of purchase, and unused credits are lost at the end of it. They are not refunded, not extended and not transferable. If you buy a second pack while credits from a first are still valid, the later expiry date applies to the combined balance.
6. Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page inside PitDelta, which opens Stripe’s billing portal.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date, no further payment is taken, and we do not refund part of a month. You can restart the subscription at any time before that date and nothing changes.
7. Price changes
We may change prices. For a subscription we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A price change never applies retroactively to a pack you have already bought.
8. Your telemetry and your reports
Your session files stay yours. By uploading one you give us permission to process it for the purpose of producing your debrief and operating the service. We store the uploaded file only as long as we need it to run the analysis and delete it afterwards; generated reports are kept for a limited period so you can download them. The detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Only upload files you are entitled to upload. When you compare yourself against another driver, or invite others into a Crew Room, you are responsible for having their agreement to use their file.
9. Free tier and product examples
Debriefs generated on the free tier may be shown publicly as anonymised examples of what PitDelta produces. Track and car names are removed and no email address or name is shown. Reports generated on any paid plan are never used this way.
10. Your right to withdraw
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. Because PitDelta delivers your debrief within minutes, you are asked at checkout to agree that we begin immediately and to acknowledge that once the service has been supplied you lose the right to withdraw for what has already been delivered.
If you have paid but not yet used any session, contact us at support@pitdelta.co within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
11. When something goes wrong
If we take payment and fail to deliver — a report that never arrives, a subscription that does not activate — tell us and we will fix it, return the credit, or refund you. That is separate from your statutory rights, which we do not limit.
12. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- upload files you do not have the right to upload;
- resell, redistribute or publish our reports as your own product;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or automate access to the service outside any interface we provide for it;
- share one plan across multiple drivers;
- attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts that are not yours.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we do, and you have unused paid credits, we will refund them unless the account was used fraudulently.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We work hard to keep PitDelta running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features. If we withdraw a feature that was a material part of a paid plan you are currently on, we will refund the unused portion.
Features described as coming soon are not part of what you are buying today.
14. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and specifically not for race results, championship positions or anything else that follows from acting on a debrief.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you and you hold a paid plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused portion.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
Please contact us first — most things are settled in an email. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in Lithuania may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) at vvtat.lt, and consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their national consumer protection body.
